READY TO EAT

PANEER MAKHANI

Ingredients:

Paneer, fresh tomato, tomato paste, butter, fresh cream. Tandoori powder, onion, garlic, sugar, fenugreek.

CHANA MASALA

Ingredients:

Chick pea, onion, ginger, garlic,garam masala, turmeric, red chilli powder, lemon juice, fresh cilantro, cumin powder.

BEEF VINDALOO

Ingredients:

Beef, tamarind, dry red chilli, cumin, onion, ginger, garlic, tomato.

BUTTER CHICKEN

Ingredients:

Chicken, Cream, tomato, tandoori masala, butter, fenugreek, sugar, salt.

CHILLI CHICKEN

Ingredients:

Chicken, cornstarch, egg, soysauce, ginger, garlic, onion, green pepper, cilantro, green onion, sweet chilli sauce, ketchup.

BOMBAY CHICKEN CURRY

Ingredients:

Chicken, onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, whole garam  masala, ghee, fenugreek, coconut milk, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder,  green peas, potato, carrot, cauliflower.

CHICKEN SAMOSA

Ingredients:

Minced chicken, potatoes, ginger, garlic, fenugreek, and a traditional blend of spices (bay leaf, cardamom, clove, cumin, coriander.), tamarind, jaggary.

BEEF SAMOSA

Ingredients:

Minced beef, potato, ginger, garlic, fenugreek and a traditional blend of spices.(cardamom, bay leaf, dry red chilli), tamarind, jaggary.

VEGETABLE SAMOSA

Ingredients:

Potatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, green peas, cauliflower, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder and asafoetida, tamarind, jaggary.

Cooking instructions

Curry:

(1) Stovetop – Take a frying pan and put on stove, wait till boiling  point, stir thoroughly for two minutes.
(2) Microwave – 1 min high, take out and stir, 2 min on high.
(3) Oven – Cover with foil and bake for 4 min, remove foil and stir, bake for another 3 min.

Samosa:

(1) In Fryer – 350 deg C for 6 min.
(2) In Airfryer – 200 deg C for 10 min.
(3) In Oven – 300 deg C for 9 min.
